How much is delivery?
We ship internationally; we have a standard international rate:
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - $4.95 (7-20 working days*)
FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING on orders over $50 (5-15 working days*)
U.S. DOMESTIC EXPRESS SHIPPING - $18 (1-3 working days)
FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING UPGRADE on orders over $200
*This is an average. We will process your parcel either from our Asia Pacific or US warehouse (depending on stock availability).
How long is delivery?
Please note the Delivery time = processing time + shipping time.
Average dispatch is 1-3 business days (not including weekends).
Average international standard delivery is 5-15 working days*.
Average express shipping is 1-3 working days (currently ONLY for US warehouse shipments).
*For Standard Delivery, some countries take longer due to customs clearances and you should allow up to 30 days depending on the country.
If your parcel is reaching or has passed the maximum shipping days (20 business days), please contact us via the help form.
Can I get it faster?
We are pleased to offer FREE shipping options, the items are sent directly from our Asia Pacific factory or from our US warehouse so you can enjoy the benefits of low-price but beautiful and high-quality crafted pieces.
We believe the high-quality beautiful objects along with the unbeatable prices are worth the wait.
If you want it faster, we have an Express delivery option for $18 for US warehouse deliveries, depending on the country (approximately 1-3 days). As we are expanding, we are looking for a quicker way to get the items faster to you at a lower cost so watch the space!
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can change or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing your order. Please send us your cancellation or change request within 12 hours of ordering. Once your order has been sent out, your order cannot be changed or cancelled; please double check before placing your order!
Delivery
Do I pay customs fees?
International - Taxes and duties are not included in the checkout total.
We produce and ship most of our parcels straight from our factory in Asia Pacific, as such Sattire Jewelry does not pay duties and taxes on shipments shipped direct from our factory.
Any duties and taxes owed on orders shipped direct from our factory will be billed directly to customers by the global carrier.
USA - There are no taxes or duties payable if your order is under 800 USD*. Taxes are payable on orders over 800 USD only.
EU - Please be aware that your local VAT tax rate will apply on all parcels over 22 EUR*. Duties are payable over 150 EUR*. These taxes and duties are not included in the checkout total.
Canada - Taxes are payable on orders over 22 CAD*

I entered the wrong address in my shipping details, can I change it?
If for whatever reason you have accidentally entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately to change your details. If your item has already been shipped we CANNOT change or re-route your product and you WILL NOT be eligible for a refund. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all details are correct before purchase. We take no responsibility for orders placed to the wrong address.
If you have entered the wrong information please ensure you contact us within 12 hours if you wish to change it.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day returns and exchange policy. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your delivery with your order number, a brief explanation of why you are returning the goods and/or exchange details.
We do not refund shipping fees for returns.
Please note we cannot refund or exchange earrings because of hygiene reasons. This policy is there for the protection and health of the customers. Please read our product description carefully before purchasing.
Custom-made items are also not refundable. However, we are able to refund such items if it is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Important: Please contact us via the Help center by clicking the link above to authorise your return or exchange before returning to our address so that we can log your request and send you a returns form to insert in the package or we might be unable to find your exchange or return request and therefore unable to process your return. Please also keep proof of postage.
