What materials are the jewellery made of?

We have jewelry in Silver or Gold Plated Silver, and we also offer Stainless Steel jewelry that is waterproof. All Sattire Jewelry is nickel-free and hypoallergenic. This ensures that our pieces are not only stunning and delicate but also safe and comfortable for all customers, especially those with sensitive skin.

We are based in Wyoming, United States but we ship worldwide!
Our US business address is 312 West 2nd St, Unit #A2079, Casper, WY 82601.

 

How Long Does Delivery Take?

On average it takes 5-10 working days for your order to arrive from dispatch. However, in some cases, it may take up to 3-4 weeks for your jewelry to arrive depending on the country.
If your order hasn't arrived in the estimated delivery times, please send us an email at support@sattirejewelry.com or send us a message here and we will get back to you within 72 hours.

 

Do You Deliver Products Internationally?

We offer free shipping over $50 to most countries around the world.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to these countries:

Can I Cancel My Order?

If you have placed your you and issue order within 12 hours, please email support@sattirejewelry.com and we can cancel your order for you a full refund.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel your order after 12 hours as our warehouse will have processed your order.

 

Have Entered An Incorrect Address!

If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, please email us ASAP at support@sattirejewelry.com and provide your new address.

 

If What If My Parcel Is Delayed?

In this very rare occasions, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping time stated above. Most of the delays are caused by the customs, which unfortunately, is out of our control.
If for any reason, your parcel is lost, we will always offer to ship to you a
new one completely free of charge or give you a refund -
simply send us an email on support@sattirejewelry.com

 

Will My Items Come Together?

We strive to only ship complete orders. However, in particular cases, your order can be split into several packages. This is mainly caused by different supply warehouse's locations. In this case, you will be provided with two or more tracking numbers. Don't panic if you don't if receive all of your items at once... they will get to you!

 

Do I Need To Pay Custom Fees?

In most cases, customs fees do not apply. In some rare cases, you may
be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs.
Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers).

Can I Return My Order?

If you would like to return your jewelry, please email support@sattirejewelry.com to arrange a return. Our refund policy lasts 30 days so please let us know within 30 days of receiving the item, if you would like to return it and we will issue you a full refund so you can shop carefree.

 

My Item Arrived Damaged!

We are so sorry! We ship all orders with bubble bags and gift boxes to protect the jewelry but in the rare cases your item(s) arrived damaged, please email us at support@sattirejewelry.com and we will immediately ship you a new order completely free of charge.

 

How Is The Jewelry Packaged?

We ship all jewelry inside individual clear zipped bags to ensure they are safe and protected during travel.

If you would like each item to come in separate gift boxes with a gift bag, then please purchase 'Gift Packaging' as an add on before you checkout.
